Different environment when cameras are around. Who wants to be called out by the coach? Maybe players say things that they wouldn't normally say to demonstrate their leadership/seniority.

Ego is a very powerful thing. Players would not want theirs undermined, or would not want to be seen as a minnow.

Won't be long until someone does a collage of Panther facilities, Roosters Facilities, then showing this tigers facilities image.

Would've been nice if they waited until the CoE had been built to at least have something positive to show.

I can see what they're trying to do. Their intentions are good but the execution of it all is so amateurish. There is no sort of planning or management. I say this all the time, Wests Tigers as an organisation is improving but all others are improving so much faster than us.

Very generic comment. In what respect is there no planning or management? Execution of what?

All others? All other clubs improving faster than Tigers. Dragons? Warriors? Titans? Dogs?

Look at the results but I have made plenty of posts on this topic if you want to go through my posts mate.
