Man I love Farah. He was such a smart footballer and is so passionate. If majority of our current squad had his skill and toughness, we'd be there already.

Me too - got into many an argument on here defending him. Might have the blinkers on a bit when it comes to him but wish we had more like him.

Stop the series now lol

They’ll skip 2 of the losses

I was hoping too see more behind the scenes and less game day this week. Was great but too much focus on just on the field and box on game day. I prefered the pre season one a couple of yrs ago where it was more balanced

I mean, whatever speculation about his character aside - he was an absolutely one of a kind hooker. I can't think of a current hooker with the style he used to have. Try scoring kicks from 2 metres out with no room to move? No problem. Scoring tries? No problem. Perfectly placed kicks for position? No problem. Defensive workhorse? No problem. And most importantly, bled for the club. The fact you had to defend him at all on this sub is really bizarre, considering the lack of success this club has had and the success and professionalism he brought to it on the field. All that coach talk I don't care about because I base a player off what he does on the field, and most of our current players are half the player he was.

At least this one wasn't all Madge.

That poor guy that got the Nofa tatt, his arm will now do the opposite of the rest of his body.

I was dubious at first about the documentary but it has been great viewing. It’s certainly made me rethink my position on a few people and things. It’s noteworthy the amount of times Maguire references training for eventualities but the players don’t implement. My opinion of Luciano has increased after episode 2 - he seems a real team leader. Also Adam Doueihi seems a pivotal player going forward. His reaction after the Souths game showed how much it meant to him. Against his old team sure but still. Adam Reynolds looked a class act too.

You're eating it up...
They're trying to invoke this emotion in the viewer.

Looking below the superficial surface.
Like those ads, showing starving kids or animals being hunted.
Trying to appeal to your emotions, pull on your heart strings so you get the credit card out.

Fans are walking away from the game.
Fans are fed up with the club.
This is a marketing campaign.

You don't think Doueihi is a pivotal player going forward Demps?

100%

The best player we've had since Farah.

Not going into an arguement here, but the issue has always been portrayed more about his off-field performances than on-field. Definitely a legend of this club along with Benji though.

Cheers, i thought something had gone amiss on my end

I am so glad I watched this episode. The first two episodes left me thinking we are going nowhere. Tonight's episode has given me hope. Having Robbie Farah there as the runner is a brilliant move. Just listening to him made me wish I could get out there and play. And I saw another side to Madge, one where he was talking specific tactics for different situations. I always knew he was passionate, but it was obvious tonight his passion runs deep for his players as much as anything. I am really looking forward to this week's game. Come on boys!
