I wouldn't watch again... Started to get a bit boring

I think it'd be a struggle to watch them back to back, 4 straight...

Wasn't that interesting...

Only redeeming part was seeing the COE plans, in my opinion.

I guess you’re happy that we didn’t get into the top 8, so you didn’t have to sit through 2 more episodes?

I'm never happy with missing 8...
Just didn't enjoy the documentary.
I get it and what it was trying to achieve.

I'd watch 24 episodes if it meant we make finals.

Hahaha I doubt the club wants to punish you in that way.
Seriously mate, what do you think the club was trying to achieve?

As others have said, bit of positive light on Madge.

Take some heat of as they knew dramas were going to come at seasons end.

Good little promotional piece for the COE and some hopeful comments of the future, keep us fans on side with some the hope for the future.... keep dangling the carrot.

We're everyone's second favourite team or there abouts so maybe open it up for some pity from the other fan bases.

Only because we lose so often.

Everyone I personally know actually enjoyed it. They liked the concept of it and while I don't agree with it all(their thoughts ofc), they said it showcases the team dynamics and the coach/player rapport as well as player presence - poise and composure etc.,. But the most common thing I heard was that it strengthens the appeal to Madge.
His philosophy, hope and vision for the team was easily perceivable (which we kind of already see anyway) but there's a strong indication of the work ethic and commitment he's trying to build within the group.
Interestingly, Robbie Farah made the best impression with his intermediary skills. I watched that bit but to hear others agree that his ability to convey the right message (for Madge) whilst supporting the playing group during games, shows how he's able to see what makes everyone tick. A few have become fans of him and can't understand why he doesn't have a role in promoting or driving organisational culture.

I agree RE: Farah.
He was definitely a highlight and really showed how important he can be for the club, as expected.

Everyone's favourite Jacob Liddle really appeared to benefit from having Robbie on field really pushing him.
I heard him shout, "80 minute player!"
Words to that effect.
His motivation and mentorship would be amazing for young 9s making grade or trying to find their feet in grade.

Robbie has always been the man.

Listening to Matt Russell, it would appear that the original plan was not to promote Madge, it evolved that way after a few hours of shooting, then Madge’s contributions made him a central character?
I’m still not sure what the club hoped to achieve by it, other than to increase familiarity and therefore perhaps support for the cause?

Not just the hookers mate, we have a bunch of young guys coming through at the moment that we need to build love and passion for the club into. This is Robbie's biggest role for us, he needs to pass on what this club means to him, the fight he showed for it and the belief that they are the players to return this club to success.

Couldn't agree more.
If there is 1 player who epitomises the Wests Tigers, in my opinion.
It's Robbie Farah.

Everything you said is 100%
He's a very important piece to the puzzle that is our club.

He made me fall in love with him all over again. I've always felt his passion for the club when he pulled on a jersey, however it feels stronger watching him share it with others.

Watch out Mr Lauren!

My question is...

(Please reply and let me know?)

Without reading through the thread again;

A. Did anyone NOT watch it ?

And, for those what did watch it...

B. Do you think you'll ever watch it again ?

Watched the first 2 eps. Found them boring after the first 30mins of ep 1.

Ive watched the first two episodes and I'm not sure Ill watch any more. For me, regardless of my love for the club, its just poor television. Seems to me that it was put together by two 14yo boys who think its hilarious how many times Madge drops the F bomb, to the point where they let Madge's F bombs through but censor when someone else says it. For me it was unwatchable in mixed company and didn't hold my attention enough to watch alone.

In regards to the F bombs and then all of a sudden none, it was to maintain the shows M rating and its 7:30pm time slot.

Nah Im talking about within the same episode. Without going back to check, Madge is F'ing his head off and (It think) Mbye dropped one and it was bleeped out.

Wouldn't watch it again and already regretting the $25 I spent on Kayo to watch it the first time.

There was **no mention of the tactics, training regime, pre-season drills**- just nothing. 75% of it was just game highlights.. horrible doco.

Why on earth would we give away our secrets to success?

Still haven't watched episode 4, just keep putting it off and finding it hard to get motivated enough to watch it.

What secrets for success?

Yeah you can all scream the love for Farah NOW....but he was the leader of the boys club that we are now seeing the true effects of...players not commited, weak intestinal fortitude for the purpose of getting the coach sacked and support of the weak board you guys are all seeing now...
I hope he does well as well as I hope they give Madge the full tenure to complete his work....and just for Demps if Farah wasnt Lebo ,how much support would you give him...and be fair in your answer...
