've been wondering this too. I've been a member every year since 2003 (it's my yearly Xmas present from the folks) and as yet haven't heard anything from them about it.

Take this number with a grain of salt, last year I took out three individual memberships at the three grounds because it was cost effective. So I counted as three memberships along with a lot of my mates. I also ended up with three membership kits!!! Crazy but it worked out cheaper than one membership, granted we were gold at one ground and bronze at the other two.
 
I have photographic evidence of my membership tenure, every seasons members bumper sticker on my locker at work since 2009

Someone posted a while back he heard first hand from WTs theyve admitted their record keeping has been very shoddy
 
Does anyone have a 2013 membership card?
I mustve lost mine…I think thats the year Humpty decided we wouldnt get a badge....I have all my badges from 09 - '14 except 2013....I collect my membership cards and just had a look noticed 13 missing...did we get one that season?

I wonder how many fans know that there is more than just the full season membership available? 8000 odd memberships is pretty low for a popular club like ours? Are we getting to the non members?
 
I thought I might sign up to a membership. Logged into my old membership account no probs but then the errors start. First screen says select your club but nothing able to be selected.

Re-login, cannot select a membership package, just keeps saying nothing in cart, every time I try to add the cart does not change. Every time I click on something I get error or the same Welcome page reloads.

So frustrating, nothing has changed with my dealings with the Wests Tigers membership department. I know you can call them but seriously how many other people have attempted like me and just gave up? Will try again next week but not holding out any hope that it will be different.

We renewed online with no fuss at all, very easy to navigate through …
