2015 Membership Numbers

I just bought membership for self and wife online, first time members , no problem, had to ring office on Monday to correct seating selection again no problem

I thought I might sign up to a membership. Logged into my old membership account no probs but then the errors start. First screen says select your club but nothing able to be selected.

Re-login, cannot select a membership package, just keeps saying nothing in cart, every time I try to add the cart does not change. Every time I click on something I get error or the same Welcome page reloads.

So frustrating, nothing has changed with my dealings with the Wests Tigers membership department. I know you can call them but seriously how many other people have attempted like me and just gave up? Will try again next week but not holding out any hope that it will be different.

I think that's more of an nrl problem as its happening to many other friends of mine. Nrl regulated all club websites right?

I once tried the contact me option. Nothing there either.
In the end I came to the conclusion that the mob that runs the site just hasn't got their act together.
Is a shame. I just wanted to be a member and support the club.I live too far away to go to games etc.

Honestly strrretch,
If you know what you want give them a call. The girls don't bite. They are nice friendly girls and always go out of their way to help you.
I've had several dealings with them chasing up better seats and so on, and they have never let me down.
Give them a call mate.

Looking at it another way with what has happened with all the upheavals over the last 12 months I feel the numbers are pretty good they could of been a lot worse.

And yet I'll bet Leichhardt will be near capacity if we get of to a decent start this year !
