Wow our top side wouldn't be a top 4 side .we need a clean out and a few top liners added to our roster .come on guys bodene Thompson .james gavet .get rid of Blair as well ,he is great for a few penalties a game

I always thought that I would rather Benji kick from the sideline under pressure than El Masri.
I have the same gut feeling as KS.
The only problem I have with Moses kicking full time is that he doesn't have the leg muscle to get it from the sideline, hopefully he develops it over the pre season.

I would be sitting 10 guys down in a room and telling them there are 4 positions available, 2 wingers and 2 centres…may the best man win. No one has a leg up on anyone.

The biggest problem with our Centres is Defence. Our Edge Defenders are terrible when it comes to reading the opposition, and this area is more important to fix in the off-season than worrying about scoring points.
To use Potters structure on the Left, we have - Richards; Simona; Brooks; Sironen.
To use Potters structure on the Right, we have - Nofoaluma; Lawrence; Moses; Thompson.
The Right Side is a lot stronger defensively and keeping this intact is the key to fixing the Left and giving it time to grow.
Personally, once Seve is ready and has some confidence in the leg, he must come into the Top Grade. Again, this will weaken the Left Defence and this is our biggest challenge for 2015!

Its better than just giving the senior players a walk up start. Let the youngsters know they are on the verge of an NRL career if they work hard enough. And then we hope to god one or even two take the chance with both hands.

Should Buy (at minimum) - 1 x Quality Centre (Copely?), 1 x fast young Winger/Fullback and 1 x Quality Back rower.
Starting 2015 Team (25 man squad) should be:
Backs: Teddy, Simona, New Centre, Nofa, Richards, Moses, Brooks (Reserve Backs: Fine, Hitchcox, Lawrence, New Winger guy)
Forwards: Woods, Farah, Lodge, Akauola, New Backrower, Blair (Reserve Forwards: Sue, Sirro, Lovett, Brown)
Bench: Austen, Taupau, Gavet, Ava
Coaching Team: must have complete revamp - need a fresh start I'm afraid. Watching the game against the Dogs, Ch9 showed some vision in the Tigers box and what I saw was a bunch of blokes that don't even want to know each other!

You can't just kick someone out. You either need to sell them or replace them with someone who gets paid more than them.
For e.g. Lawrence cannot be kicked out because he gets paid so much that some average centre cannot be given more coin than him. We can't afford to have Lawrence sitting in the Reggies.
We haven't made any new signings for next year so the top 25 will be almost identical with others from state cup replacing Anasta, Fulton, BMM and koro.
