2019 Coaching saga -Thread

It appears this saga is drawing to a close with the finishing touches to be applied tomorrow by media releases to be issued by WT and Penrith. On the whole I think Pascoe and his team have handled the change in coach pretty well. There's just one thing that would leave a sour taste in my mouth and that is if Pascoe thanks Cleary for his contribution to WT. The majority of fans are filthy with Cleary and would not take kindly to Pascoe talking Cleary 'up' in the media release. It would be inappropriate for Pascoe to talk Cleary 'down' but, equally, fans will not appreciate Cleary getting a wrap for his time at WT.

Ivan's integrity has taken a massive hit over this treacherous mess he created. Hope he fails badly at Penrith and then it will be HIM stressing out. What a walloper.

I’d say that it was more likely a disgruntled player, who leaked IC’s txt message to the media.

Wouldnt surprise me if Ivan didn't have the plums to address the team in person.

Someone who prided himself on integrity, he is now damaged goods.
No journalists will believe a word he says from now on.
I can’t wait until the first post game presser, when Paul Crawley asks him a few curly questions about his defection to Panthers, l can’t stand either person but it could see a few feathers flying.

Remember when Crawley locked horns with Cleary after a press conference and we crapped all over Crawley. Seems we owe Paul an apology.
