I feel for the bloke without a try, but Alex Twal deserves a mention. Workhorse and puts in 100% every week ..

Fun fact: Alex twal has made 869 tackles this year and missed only 13 for a tackle percentage of 98.5%. Hasn't missed a tackle since rd16. That is elite defence, especially for a guy who regularly plays 60-80mins in a team with the 2nd worst defensive record.

Under rated and an absolute no nonsense weapon.

Cringe when I see the disrespect towards him from some.

If Stef and Twal are our starting props, that's the least of our worries. Safe hands.

If Laurie didn’t get injured and played the year I’d say he gets it. But Stefano since origin has been on another level. What a beast !!!!!!

He is the worker we need in our pack. You need other guys out there though that dent the line. He is the guy who hits it up after other forwards have dented the line.

Wasn’t even apart of the squad for preseason.
Never played a game at fullback in the NRL
From his first game attacked the football and didn’t take a step backwards. He was injured and our attack was totally rudderless, our defense also got worse.

Stefano was great but the last 8 weeks was when he started to find his feet and was with us all preseason.
