They send out Pins after various milestones i received my 3 and 5 years awhile back so they have records based upon membership numbers.

Not all the way back, 10 years per your idea would be just ok. The records only go back to about 09 or 10. Even the records they have are very hit and miss. I have been a member since 2000 and the club has no record of this.

A couple of years ago I was waiting for a loyalty pin to come for myself and my son and made an inquiry as to when they might be coming.
They had actually stuffed up the records from when I had changed memberships from a family of 4 to just 2 adult memberships for myself and my son and did not have us as continuous members. It took a bit of negotiating to finally get it all sorted out. With our 2020 membership packs we were told that the flash drives we were supposed to get as part of the package would come at a later date, and of course they have never turned up and in view of the on going problems I have had dealing with membership issues, I just haven't bothered chasing that up because it's just not worth all the crap you have to go through.

The point I am trying to make is that at the very best, their records are very hit and miss. I don't know why it is so difficult in this day and age with the software and record keeping systems that would be available.

Just for information and not to sound like a representative of the club, non ticketed membership are $65 for an adult and $59 for child.

Well tend to agree if you want to grow your membership base, you earn additional revenue. Lots of software packages that can be incorporated and would assume call it a marketing database. They don't sound that organized if they can't get simple system in place.

I know they use to call me each season to renew mine, shame they stuffed you around sounds like a common theme.

Well the deals with LO/CSS end this year so they can make that decision if they are brave enough. They won't though.

Not really already in there database as received an email outlining priority access for members with SOO tickets.
If you are going to have information a quick call to verify any missing information i would respect more with members that have had issues.

Just renewed my non-ticketed membership for 2021 @Geo plus a small donation to the Wests Tigers Foundation and received what looks like a seating allocation section GA1 row GA....what's that all about?
 
Mine is a roll over.....

now footy is over (origin excluded) I always get a bit of joy about next years potential.....new membership packs and the like.....

but being a tigers fan....always next year....😉
