Ive found them to lack very basic knowledge about Rugby League and possess even less knowledge of Weststigers themselves. One would have thought the complete love and knowlegde of the club who employes you would have surely been a prerequisite before being hired. I could forgive them if that was the only thing lacking but it appears every year there are email mix ups, package delays , forgotten return calls , lost info, lack of product knowledge and so forth.

It's absurd that they've pocketed profits from memberships two years in a row when fans have largely been unable to attend (yes of course clubs lost other revenue streams as a result) but to then not only not decrease, but INCREASE fees is an outrageous slap in the face. We're a mess, performance has been awful, we've been paying for games we can't attend and their response is to exploit us even further?
That's a very insulting way to treat your members.
