The word you're looking for is 'parochial' rather than 'fake'.

While I don't care for any other team, I do watch most games a week. This final series, I've admired the Warriors and Knights for overachieving with average squads. Melbourne, Roosters, Panthers and Sharks have all been hit by injuries but they have more than adequate depth.

Roosters had their starting spine and a forward pack stacked with representative players and up-and-coming stars. There's a reason why they were tipped by many for the GF at the start of the season.

He has done very well with a team full of non-performers/rejects from other clubs.

There is an interview this year when he talks about coaching and what he has learnt he said when he first started coaching he coached the way he wanted his team to play then he learnt to coach to his team's strengths and change the way he coaches to suit the team first smart man

exactly - i made mention of the fact that the chooks underperformed for 80% of the season with their star studded side but the usual crowd in here turns it around to suit there own arguments - it really gets tiring reading the same drivel from the same people.

I am thoroughly enjoying this finals series. It feels like we have already witnessed a few classic finals matches. The teams who have been eliminated thus far have busted their asses to get this far. The pressure of some of those tight games is unreal and big name players have been standing up.

Wests Tigers are not even in the same stratosphere as these teams. We would never be able to even get close against teams the way they are playing at the moment. It's sad, but it's the truth. We suck. I can only wish for better results next year. Maybe even a prayer might be done.
