Hasn't Sheens in the past turned back rowers into wingers?

John Ribot went from Second Rower to Wingers. Former Magpie who went to Manly like many of them did in the day. Les Boyd, Ray Brown, etc.

Reebs was, and still is one of my all time favs. Didn’t bother stepping, used the heavy roller.

It’s well publicised that the Storm use tracking monitors to ensure they train at an intensity that is higher than game situation. So for example if players are running 80 metres per minute in games the training is done at 100m per minute.

Madge tried to implement this sort of thing and our players sold the monitors on gumtree.

They used Lachlan Lewis as a selling agent.

Just had a work Xmas party ..harbour cruise last week. I love them. Some people dont.
ours was themed. Roaring 20’s/ Great Gatsby style. I won dress dress. Grow a Mo. Bow tie , braces ect
