Nope, I’m fine.
Just refuse to listen to bullshit about how we’ve “turned a corner” or are “on the way up” with no justification after earning back to back spoons.
If the players and some fans would STFU, the squad may be able to put the hard work in and improve.
 
Based on the current squad and rumours, round 1 prediction would probably be this:

1. Bula
2. Staines
3. To'a
4. Olam
5. Tupou
6. Sullivan
7. Sezer

I do think that Naden and Fainu may force themselves in there with a good run of form in reserve grade with Sullivan moving to 14 at some point throughout the year.

You are really anticipating an awful lot from Lobb,i hope he kills it for us next year and in the future but have you forgotten that he couldn't make FG at the club that finished 2nd last.
I really hope he is excellent for us but i see zero reason to be confident at this stage

Fair comment.

Sometimes we get lucky tho.
We got Taupau, who was a nobody Cup player and he became good.... Jahream was a nobody too, on a T&T deal.

Hopefully the Lobb'ster is another diamond from the rough we have uncovered, who will become a star, for us.

I read a post which advised that Jay Kirk was still with Wests. He formed a very good combination with Feledy, being big and very quick. Obviously he has lots to learn and NSW Cup is the place to learn but wingers have to come from somewhere noting the Storm ex NZ rugby winger had a great season.

Saw Jay Kirk play a few games.
He has some height.

Looked alright, at that level.

Keen to see the squads announced and what we've got to work with.

Hoping both our first grade & cup team do better next year.

Broncos backline is redhot
Probably the best in the comp, imo.

Without recruitment, I think "alright" is what we're working with though.

But they all had a debut at some stage and look at them now.

Hadn't seen anything of Lobb, so decided to look up some highlights. In context, it's just one game and it is reserves, but he scored 3, with 2 of them being pretty difficult.

Can see the attraction to his potential, but you're right, he's untested and unproven, so we shouldn't expect much.

What stood out most was how Sullivan dominated.

Need to add some star power or hope another two or three Bula’s come from nowhere. Or it’s more misery.

I reckon you’re a bit rough on Star, can’t even get a reserve grade centre spot from ya.
