I imagine Freddy is similar in style to Benji. Let alone his inexperience, and the fact he doesnt care much for the Tigers.

Maloney has been sacked by the Cowboys. Okay he is not an experienced coach, but he was a winner and had a great football IQ. He would be a very handy guy to have around the playing group

Is it a coincidence the Cowboys started firing when he joined them? I don't know the answer, but worth asking the question.

Similar to the impact Richo has had we need some experience in the Coaching setup, a Neil Henry / Hook type could help Benji make more informed decisions.
Dean Pay as our defensive Coach could add steel similar to what Steve Folkes did for us.
We have a real opportunity to build a successful model and need to get it right this time.

I don't think any of them have coached before,Benji needs an EXPERIENCED coach to support him

Prince is coaching Broncos women’s team apparently
Mary McGregor also joined them this year as well as Justin Morgan.
I reckon Mary McGregor is the coach we need to bring a physical edge to our squad.
Has history with Benji as well.

He was assistant coach with us around the Potter/JT days. I’m pretty sure he was D coach back then.
Went to Japan with Eddie Last I read.
