2026 Rugby League World Cup fixtures - October/November

[upthetigers]

Sukkar has looked pretty good so far this workd cup

What's his contract situation? On facebook (so it must be true) it said he was off contract?

[Speed2burn]

Alex Twal the offloading GOAT

[innsaneink]

Twally offloading at will

Tonga scoring at will now

[innsaneink]

Nice kick Fainu

[king_sirro]

Fainu playing 6 it seems. Not big involvement with Tui taking over too much on the right. Looks good when he does get the ball.

[happy_tiger]

I'm not being critical of the rule , but is rugby league the only sport where you don't have to serve an imposed period where you can't play for either country
ie Olympics ,cricket etc

[Speed2burn]

Saab is very average

[Garrry]

Twal and Sukkar are having big 1st half

Not too surprising really the experienced campaigner is taking charge. Expected the same when Luai played with Galvin.

[wstigers11]

Twal taking on the Tongan pack on his own basically lol

Neither were campaigners ....

[achilles]

It boring watching go forward forward opposite side to latu all game

[achilles]

Heard on the radio 25k+ crowd expected

Pretty good for a game not involving Australia or NZ

Seeing heaps of cars driving around with Tongan flags

[Tigerdave]

The Cedars are really having a dig, impressive given their lack of NRL experience.

25,000 odd announced

[Winston Churchill]

Latu on report. Gee, I’ve seen some dumb footballers in my time, but Latu makes a concussion patient look like an intellectual heavyweight.

[achilles]

Luke doesnt pass left

[achilles]

Concening when lolohea is the dominant half

[tiges69]

Luke doesnt pass left

Three times Latu called the short side play when it was on and ignored him. Slow play the balls and ball going way to much to looked hasn’t helped Latu.

[wstigers11]

Lol Kiraz got stamped on
