We have 26 players off contract this year and here is the list:

Thoughts on who to re-sign guys?
 
I would like to see the following players re-signed:

Robbie Farah,
Asipeli Fine

Marika Koroibete,
Jacob Miller,
Taqele Naiyaravoro,

That is who I would re-sign.I would then pick up Papallii and that would be all.
 
I would give these 26 players a chance to see how they play during this season and then decide. Some of these young players can improve big time.
 
If we have to decide now, we shall re-sign:

For the other players I would make my decision later in the seaon, after all 26 have more chances either at FG or NSW cup, and would like to keep:

I remember hearing Humphreys say in an interview a while ago that Farah was number 1 priority, followed by Keith. There's a few names on that list I'd be furious to see let go and wouldn't think the club would let it happen, ie Farah, KG, Koro etc, but seeing what happened with Gibbs, Heighno and Ryan, anything is possible

I thought Koroibete already resigned. Didn't they announce last year that they had resigned Tedesco, Nofoaluma and Koroibete all in one hit?

yeah your right from what i recall Korribete is signed till 2014 so are the other 2 with Tedesco till 2015 , i stand to be corrected but i think your on the money Fraze…
 
I don't recall anything about Marika being resigned and both Tedesco and Nofaluma are signed till 2014 as are the majority of the rest of the team.

But don't worry big guns Ayshford, Moltzen and Blair are here till 2015….billiant stuff...good work Warren.
 
The only one thats a no brainer is Farah for mine. He cannot be replaced (yet). I'd only let Galloway go if we bought a rep or potential young rep forward. The others are probably replaceable depending on who is available. The way I see it though is that Potter has given them all an equal clean slate and an opportunity to prove themselves. Let them do that first.

Thats how I'll be looking at the Tigers in the opening rounds - like I haven't seen any of them play before.
 
The good thing about this is ,Potter ,has the opportunity to shape his own squad. Not like this year ,where he has to work with what has been given to him.

My selections are in bold, and Fulton was officially announced today for 3 years.

Gavet, Fotuakia, Seumanufagai and some of the young talent. Make them earn their contracts

Well you will have to until 2017 to pick up Papalii

Just signed 3 year deal with Eels from 2014
 
Damn those Eels! Well maybe look at David Hala from the Broncos, he's a goer. Got lots of mongrel in him so I would be chasing him. Why does it seem that we are the only club with no money to purchase players, or even be in the hunt?

Nup Shannon Boyd is what we need, 122 kg monster. Starting props would be Woods and Galloway with Buchanan and Boyd on the bench. Would add plenty of size to our forwards and would not be on much. Even though Raiders would be trying their hardest to keep him we can still try.

Robbie - obviously. Keith - because there is no Plan B that is obvious. Marika - he is a star in the making. Tim Simona - a classy centre/winger/fullback, given a chance. Then go looking elsewhere.
