Years ago when Suncorp was being rebuilt from Lang Park into Suncorp Stadium the Donkeys used to play out of what is now called QSAC.
Elderly next door neighbour kindly gave me her Donkeys Members tickets for the Balmain game (with the promise I would go for the Broncos - sure Esmee).
We were doing OK up until half time with me being vocal as usual and the members around me hating it. The 2nd half we rarely saw the ball and got carved up. I looked at the missus and kids and told em it was time to go. Talk about the walk of shame with them giving it to me 🙂 🙂 🙂
