I watched the game in Wollongong that I just got home from. You were there?

Yes I drove up from Nowra today

Good on you. There was a good contingent of Tigers fans there. But, I stand by my assessment. Mbye was a better dummy half than Simpkin when he got the chance today. The team benefitted by Mbye. Simpkin is no better than Liddle and needs more time in reserves.

You are right. Simpkin was really bad today. And mbye made a difference if just too replace a rookie. His passing was shocking like he was in la la land. Liddle should and will come back.

I agree , but you can't expect him to have a Grant type impact from day 1 ...like most new players they will have good and bad games in their 1st 50 games .......

He is ..but I wonder if he shouldn't have been born 30 years ago ...he is like the anti modern day hooker ...I can't even think of a hooker in any other side that is similar to his style

As I said last week ..I'd love Cam to spend a session a month with him

But like many superstars ...can Cam coach his vision and game management skillwise

He doesn’t play in a dinner suit and his youth and inexperience has shown. What kind of hooker do you want? Harry grant? Api K? For me he is yards
ahead of a good reed Mahoney. I personally think this season we are still spoiled.

Yes our bench props looked good ...but it is amazing what happens when you have great field position against a defence that forgot what the oval shaped thing was

The starting props first half were poor. They
Improved. I think our game really turned a lot on Mikale and simplkins.

But you can't compare the two .....the stages of the game they were on the field were chalk and cheese ...field position completely alters how the opposition defends and how you attack ....your not looking at offloading in your own 20 unless you have a great score line backing you ....that 1st 20 we were barely hanging on ...our kicking game was the biggest issue

Harry proved himself within 5 games that he was a superstar. Simpkin hasn’t done that. Doesn’t mean a lot. But I’d love Liddle to shine,

Good point he did improve but I thought we were lucky in the second half. No doubt we played well but the ref didn't hurt for a change.

What about Madge
He prepared our team after coping a shellacking in the press this week
Our whole team has been under enormous pressure
Under all the scrutiny he managed to help get the boys up
It would be a relief for him that's for sure
Madge deserves this win and recognition as well
But still a long way to go for all
We need to turn up each and every week
Now we must win next week
