Very impressed with Ryan's tries, but for work rate and effort can't go past Ellis and Utai.

Cant believe how many leave Marshall out. Yeh he made mistakes, but do u think we would have won without him? We scored 3tries, Benj had a hand in 2 and scored the other. He then kicked the winning field goal. Now if that doesnt deserve points than what does?

He was hot and cold. Thats why. 2 dropped balls, a kick out on the full and a couple of low percentage plays. If I could have one wish I would trade his freakiness at times with a little more consistency.

Marshal was good without being great however I did give him points because once again we would not have won without him.

3 beau Ryan - as someone said scoring plays r winning plays
2 woods
1 Marshall and Ellis both great for different reasons

We saw a wide spectrum today of great, good and awful.

3\. Ryan - after almost losing us the game by bombing that simple put down he came back to save it with a piece of individual brilliance.

2\. Galloway - Had a big game today. Was brilliant with the ball in hand and great defensively. It was great to see him step up and dominate.

1\. Ellis - had minimal involvement in the first half with not much traffic going his way. But in the second half he really went looking to get involved and was exceptional as always.

Honorable mentions go to Tom Humble who played a fine game and should be rewarded next week. Liam Fulton was great as well.

Tiger Woods looked a bit more mobile than last year. Tedesco looked bound for points before injury.

Difficult for me to pick 3,2,1 because just about every player had good and not so good patches, stand outs for me were Utai whom I was sus about being selected in the first place but proved me wrong, Ryan, Humble was anything but coming into the fullback role, Woods made a positive difference when he was on the field as did Fulton.

3-Ryan
2-Woods
1-Marshall (purely for winning the game)

I'll go with this one… but an honourable mention to Liam Fulton, topped tackle count off the bench and was out on his feet after the game (loved how he was too buggered to do the victory lap, just sat and took off strapping and had a drink  )
