At the moment we have lost Lima and havnt signed Tuqiri.
This would mean that we have about a good $450,000 to spend.
If we were to not sign Tuqiri does anybody have any ideas on who we should go after?

Johnson is going to the Catalans therefor Lima will be staying with Melbourne.
I didnt say we Tuqiri wasnt going to sign I was just wondering what are other options were.

I'd use some of it to upgrade Benji and extend his contract on the proviso he eliminates the clause allowing him to leave if Sheens does.

How about we make a play for Price now that he's been dumped from the Warriors captaincy.........

Are you sure we havent got Lima or Tuqiri?

storm arent dumb enough to let go of both johnson and lima

the only way lima comes to sydney is homesickness but apparently its a bigger chance than we think but at the moment its mel1.dogs2.tigers3\. from a dog source the 2 and 3 is debatable however. :supporter: :supporter:

Dogs have openly stated numerous times they've finished their shopping for the 2010 season.

I'd expect to hear a word on Lima within the next 2 weeks once both he and Sheens are back in the country.

He'd be main priority IMO. Otherwise any of the 4 Nations props go alright. There was a thread on the old forum but a prop like Crabtree (Huddersfield & off the bench for UK) I think would work well with Galloway.

after watching crabtree i was thinking the same he certainly held his own with the kiwis talk to hodgo i reckon he would be great in nrl very fit

Storm are 400k over the cap. Johnson is on no where near that amount

Dont forget the Skando link to Huddersfield as well. IMO he should be our next target, stuff the props in the NRL haha.

These are his stats:
Position – Prop, Second Row
Rep Honours – 9 caps for England(2004-2006)
Weight – 121.9kg
Height – 197 cm … Currently the tallest player in the ESL
D.O.B – 02/10/1982

He's 27 now so he's at the prime age for a prop. Unfortunately the Giants site doesnt state his contract status.

Was watching crabtree this morning and just about everytime he ran the ball up he somehow got a offload away imagine him at the tigers and his offloads off to somone like tuqiri or moltzen that would be good

he would be much better off offloading to a hayne or mortimer :righton: jokesss

Good Thread

Firstly do WE the foremost experts agree that our Wests Tigers need the bigest change?

I am leaning between another Prop or a killer centre.

(If olnly Dave Taylor was on the market)

I honestly heard (and if I remember, there was a source at the time) that Crabtree re-signed this year until something like 2014\. I know, sounds ludicrous but I'm almost sure of it.

I think eastwood going may have changed that with his visa probs e.t.c
