Another 5 yr plan ...I really do not know how you all can swallow all this rubbish ..there is an inherent issue WITHIN this club ..Coaches have come and gone as with players but the mediocrity remains regardless of the personnel changes at football level , what is the real issue then ..maybe there should be a plan to look at this level of the organisation !
Maybe a plan for One Home ground might be nice instead of 6 home grounds might this mind set be the inherent problem .
This is the biggest concern: The issues lay deeper than the coach.
We have had four coaches and numerous assistant staff in the ten seasons since Sheens departed, all different ideas on the game and various approaches to the playing group, none of which have managed to cut through to the team.
Sacking Madge changes nothing. We will just get someone else in whom the players don't respond to.
We are not seen as a destination for potential high profile recruits for whatever reason, even with a coach who has won a premiership in the last decade and also taken the top gong in England.
It's probably a multitude of things, between lack of advanced training facilities, a history of public spats with players (legitimate or not, it's not a good look either way,) and years of underperformance we are just not attractive to lure top line talent.
you sack madge now and we go back to square one with the new coach's new ideas....we've invested in madge and should stick it out imo
We keep the stability and other pices of the puzzle fall into place over time
