A dumb team

Its funny at the start of the year it was all about structure, learning how to play the grind, completing sets, keeping it simple etc. Now we are the king of the really dumb penalties, the dumb options, the non percentage plays and lazy defence. Its everything we were told that Taylor wanted to eradicate from the club. We are now where we were at the end of last season when we were getting spanked most weekends, The sad thing nothing has changed

By the look of this forum Sheffield must be making a fortune.
WT played some dumb football and looked like they were rattled into playing catch-up. Inexperience gifted that game to the sharks.
I have to agree that leadership is WT's biggest issue. I speculate that Farah has been asked to step back to give the halves a go. Some read this as disinterest from Farah. It appears that Moses is slowly growing into the leadership role. My read is that this is what Taylorball was really all about, getting the young halves the experience to know how to switch from free wheeling attack into grind and how to lead the team through that.
Anyone that has coached young men will recognise that an individuals transition to team leadership is not necessarily straightforward or easy. Patience. My bet is that Moses will be WT's leader next season.

And wel all be back , same time next year , saying that "next year "will be better and that our young guys will be great in 2017.
We all fall for, it year after year

NT,have you ran that past Farah,I think Moses would be a great leader, another year learning perhaps and a bit more experience…

Next year Robbie has really got to stand up as captain of this club and show a lot more leadership for this young group, don't forget the new acquisitions we have made aren't real hardened NRL prospects yet,but do have experience...For the benefit of this team,RF should consider if he should play SOO or not,he played well for the Blues, but got injured and his club form was pretty lacklustre since his return.....just my opinion.....

Anyone who seriously believes we will be better next year is on crack.

I see your point TT. I have stated something similar in the past and been shot down for it. I think SOO is a factor, but my speculation that Farah being asked to take a leadership 'back seat' is me giving him the benefit of the doubt.

That's a good point. There is a lot of Farah backlash going around right now, perhaps misinterpreting a direction to be less dominant with an inability to dominate at all.

It's been said before that Farah was criticised for being too dominant and too involved, and now he's getting the same for not being dominant enough.
