Why, do you think Potter hasn't thought of these options? Nothing in this "open letter" is insightful, could of spent 10 minutes on this forum and garnered this letter together.

I quite enjoyed the letter. It's written well and contrary to some comments above it does have suggestions

1\. Austin to 5/8
2\. Lawrence to back row
3\. Big bench

I don't agree with moving Lawrence unless there is reason to believe Nofo can play centre.

Point remains, a good read and not composed with any arrogance. Addressing it to Mayer is no different to writing as a journalist expressing a view into the public domain.

People can give their opinions or their thoughts in regards to coaching ,management ,recruitment in many different ways

You can email a letter to the coach or CEO ,whinge on a Forum , or if you disagree enough not renew your membership

All three get your opinions across , some work better than others

But don't be put off at all , some of the best ideas that businesses implement came via feedback from customers ,employees or experiences

I just find it bizarre that people think it's the go to contact the coach or CEO with advice. It's mind bogglingly self indulgent.I guess the author felt on top of the world when the send button was hit or the letter was dropped in the letter box.
