Our season is over, I'm out of my misery now. The last two games were painful to watch. No waiting for our 10th half combo this year, no more kicks into the grandstands, no more heartless efforts…

He really did adjust to the Tigers style. Play shit for most of the season and come good towards the end.

In all seriousness though, he was alright tonight.
 
Only cause it was against his old side, any other side he would be soft a usual

yeah what about Marshall, in my books it was a just a typical mistake ridden display from someone who suppose to be one of the best around.
 
thats because Robbie runs our show , its pathetic that an international coach cannot play a halfback in a halfbacks role .Benji dosent have a clue how to run a team .

Seriously Marshall ,Iosefa,Moltzen and Lawrence could not organize a you know what for Brad Pitt on a Saturday night let alone organize a NRL side

We were bunched all game and when we did get field position all Marshall did was run sideways a flick inside balls to blokes who had no idea what he was going to do

If that was a captains knock , that will do me

Benji is finished , let him go before its too late
 
Wonder why tonight then he spent time on the bench. Perhaps playing well earns u a rest playing crap gets u more time on the paddock to earn a rest??

Yea let's blame Sheens cos Bunji is a joke. I hate Sheens but Marshall is a first grader and can't pass can't tackle can't kick and can't take the line on. Most overrated player in the game.

That's because he knew the season was ending. Much like a horse at a riding school that walks throughout the whole ride and only gallops hard when it's on it's way home!
 
U people are idiots and that's all their is to say. Benji Marshall has played most of the season in an unfamiliar position, has had 9 different half combinations and has been missing his hooker and the other key tigers player for half the season including the last few weeks and has had the first choice fullback out of the team for 25.8 of 26 rounds this year. Despite all of that he has lead the competitiion in both linebreak assists and try assists as well as 5 tries. We have had a lot of players who have been the reason we haven't made the top 4 including Robbie Farah, Adam Blair but it defiantly isn't benji Marshall

unfamiliar position? mate, if you switch JT from #6 to #7 is there much of a difference? no, because he is a NATURAL playmaker.
benji is not a freakin half or five eight, he has been trained into one. the stats support him being one because he CAN play in those positions and come up with streaks of brilliance, but overall throughout the grind, to put it bluntly, hes crap..
play him in the centres where he can just run the ball and use his footwork. organising is not his fortae, never has been.
