On the contrary Yossarian. Sheens said last year that he prefers Blair playing tight.

But I agree with others in that i'd play Blair starting in second row and move him tighter as required when the front row rotates.

I think sheensy will use Blair in a very similar role to Todd Lauren from either lock or prop.. Sheens does want him in tight, he will play that play where he goes to the line and bll plays as toddy did, wherever he plays, he will be a weapon

Tight, he naturally likes the wrestle. 2nd rowers play wide & cover tackle & run lines & pass the ball & become actively involved {not stand back waiting} but most of all score tries. Blair seems to be a prop or a tight lock only. Just watch the ALL STAR game.

In the recent interview Blair said he felt limited at times in his role at Storm, and that he was looking forward to a more expansive game.

To me it sounded like he was hoping to get a run out wide more often. He will probably do a bit of everything I reckon.

I have a gut feeling( and it's a big gut) we will see Blair playing wide left second row forward defending inside Benji. If this is the case does I expect to see Ellis move to right edge

With Galloway, Bell, Woods and Groat, we have enough muscle and grunt up front without making a makeshift Prop out of (arguably) the worlds best 2nd Rower.

As already mentioned, we will have on of the the best, if not the best, back row combinations going around next year. Blair is also an 80 minute player and running him around at pushing him up front will only take away his punch out wide and reduce his effectiveness.

My vote says keep him in the back row, let the props do their job and let Blair do his.
