The Roosters will wipe him as soon as Billy Smith returns or Xerri signs. He'd be considered an integral part of our team, yet an understudy or back up option at the Roosters. Whether he is worth that deal or not the facts are Souths gave him it. If someone gave me a deal for massive overs, I'd take it too. All of us would.

So, all he expects is that whoever he joins honors the deal.

You're buying into the media hype - don't. Most of these journos are pushing their own agenda and deadlines just to get something out there. Hell, they could land a job at New Idea and probably be more successful with the crap they make up.

Saw on Facebook another wannabe insider claim that he was told by a member of Souths coaching staff that the deal to us is done and that it should be announced this week.
