Spot on he has a big boot but absolutely no control or accuracy. Jock has produced much better general kicking games than yesterday in both depth and accuracy. With the way his goal kicking was affected as well I am left wondering if he is still hampered a bit by the nut injury.

We need a six or a seven that has a kicking game. Maden is about 20m short of a decent kicking game and lacks the variation in the type of kicks he uses. Although it is nice to have a seven that feeds his outside backs rather than crabs across the paddock. Great win today, but our team still needs plenty of reinforcements for next year to be competitive over the full season

Agree, and early in the season when Jock was playing and we were winning some games, we were rolling forward and putting him in a position where he was kicking from much closer in and it looked like he had a good kicking game.

Doueihi was there to look after the longer kicks when required, unfortunately a good long kicking game is just one more thing that Jock does not possess.

Fair enough, I get what you mean but this is just one of those differences of opinion, I've seen him throw quite a number of good balls. Consistency is needed of course.

I've seen him throw a few into row 5 as well, that is when he has actually decided to pass.

I am sure he was. He also straightens the attack and then passes to give his outside men a little room.

Douehi has a place in the team in the centres. Having height in the backline also offers obvious advantages both in attack and defence. Douehi being able to kick long or offer those huge spiraling bombs cannot be ignored.

Agree with the kicking game, it isn't good enough, but the way Adam plays isn't worth it (at seven).

Adam wrecks our attack and leads to fewer attacking chances for those around him. He ends up scoring some tries through individual efforts etc and at the end we say 'oh he was one of the best in a losing side'. He is very much like Galvin.

Happy for Adam to play 6 or Andrews. I thought he had a decent kicking game in the 1 game he played.

We also can't ignore the fact that his lateral defence is shocking and as a centre has routinely been responsible for about 12 points a game for the oppostion. He is a liability at centre and lacks the skills required of a 7 (below average passing game and too one out).

A move to the middle means that the defensive decision making and lateral movement required in defence is significantly reduced. 13 plays to his strenghts, his running game and his ability to play as a link.

There are two inter-related things that stand in the way of AD transitioning to 13 and being a success.

• The first is his ego. While he talks up his leadership and his skill he has demonstrated, on many occasions, that he has significant deficiencies in both areas. Fading in and out of games, taking the hero option instead of sticking to defensive structure and him constantly talking about himself as a leader are three that come to mind off the top of my head. True leaders don't talk about their leadership - they do it and others talk about it.
• The second thing is his pea heart. Chosing to pick up his mouthguard over staying in the defensive line, the arm grabbing, walking out on his team mates, and leaking misinformation to the press just to name a few.

If he has a long hard look in the mirror, and I suggest that would only happen if Benji has and open and honest chat with him, and then, mindful of his weaknesses, knuckles down and puts effort into making the 13 his, he has a place at Wests Tigers. If not he should initiate a move elsewhere for the benefit of both parties.

I'm not suggesting we force him to leave, he needs to make that decsion. I agree that right now, if he was fit, him at centre in place of Sakuru would be his best postion. Both of them have defensive weaknesses.

What I am saying is that he is a big part of our problem; despite being one of our best performing palyers in an underperforming team. A team that in my book is underperfroming as a result of his deficinces as a 7.

His "me first" attitude does not match his skill set and he needs to transition to where his skills are best suited to the team. In 2027, with May and Averillo at centre AD is not in the conversation for that spot. He has shown this season that as a 7 he is stifles our attack and becomes the sole focus of the oppostion defence who learned very quickly how to shut him down. Despite scoring many of our points during the losing streak he was aslo responsible for us not scoring points because he starved the outside backs of pill.

So, if he is to be wearing a Wests Tigers jumper in 2027, it should not be at 3, 4, 6 or 7 except as injury cover. He needs to bite down hard on his mouthguard and do the work required to transition to 13 (body shape, endurance and heart) or find himself another roster where he has the opportunity to play 7.

One thing AD does have is passion. Okay his dummy spit a few weeks ago was not a great example of club passion but I think it was a result of frustration with the club culture and where we were heading. We just need to find a role for him in the 17 that bests suits his skills and 6 and 7 are not one of those roles

Yep,,AD ande Bunji have to accept AD's best posiutrion for the WT is NOT 7 but 13.....If he doesn't want that go to Perth!...Our hgalves next year should be Javon and Latu! or Latu and AD at 6....(not hogging either)

Too slow for centre, too weak for 13. Too slow and a hog for the halves. And a complete POS on top of it all. Dont want to see the grub wearing any tigers colours ever again.

If he was staying with us he would be putting it off and playing for Lebanon in the WC
