Addo Carr signs with Storm...

Best of Luck Josh…

Reality is losing or keeping a winger is the least of our worries Roster wise...

Obed Karwhin..next..

Will be really disappointed if he goes. We waste some cap space on players who show little (like Milone) then roll over and let the Storm (who usually know what they are doing) move in seemingly without a whimper.

For once we had a promising young talent that showed what half the team lacks most games - speed, enthusiasm, passion - and who is a winger who plays like a winger, and has the ability to excite the fans…. and we let him go. Pathetic.

JAC is enthusiastic, fast and potentially a good finisher. But, he hasnt been tested defensively and lacks any penetration coming out from our end which is a necessity for wingers these days.

If he signs, thats the last we see of him in first grade.

Marika is no great loss either. Poor defensive reads and hands catching kicks.

Koro is likely to stay at the Storm. They've been very clear and adamant that they want to sign him for at least 3 years.

Young Tonumaipea may be getting let go.

The only winger Parra has that I want is Semi. There's talk he's unhappy as he is owed money by the club.

Gutherson is a good young talent and would be a hell of a lot cheaper than Semi. If you were going to tie up that sort of cash on the wing then I guess Semi would be the player to do it on though, he's a game breaker.

Agreed. Semi is worth big dollars, Koro is not.

But with our signing record…

His build & athleticism is a likeness to Valentine Holmes when he entered NRL.
Surely 120k for a much needed speedster winger is worth keeping.
This may turn out to be Koro 2.0

Good Luck Josh, I'm sure you will have a bright future at the storm with great coaching staff in Melb and a culture of winning. Can't blame a kid who wants more game time at a club with great rep players and great coach.

I'm glad we continually sign players from other clubs and give them an opportunity to play in the NRL for other clubs to snap them up be it Austin, Taupau and now JAC !!

I saw somewhere Koro wanted something like 380k while the WT were only willinging to offer 280k for his return.

Well who is telling lies then?

I have always wanted to play for the Tigers - he said

I am happy to play in the lower grades with older players to improve my game until I get a chance in the NRL - he said

Obviously a lot of BS if he goes to the Storm. If that is the case….

Hit the road JAC

As for Koro, best thing we ever did and he did as well.

Bellamy can spot and develop players, so good luck to him if it happens.

Like when he signed George Rose, Dane Chisholm, Tom Leroyd Lars, Joel Romelo, Junior Sau, Liam Foran and the long list on Reserve Graders that never went on to much at all.

They are a one team town, have some of the best Player the game has ever seen, a passionate coach and money… So they get a better shot than most, But don't worry - They have their share of never was's as well.

Melbourne must laugh at how stupid we are.
First Koro, now JAC…
Inexcusable, especially when Addo-Carr has said how big a Tigers fan he is and how much he loves being at the club.
Hopefully we can get Koroibete or Vunivalu off them.

Jason Taylor commented that Wests Tigers have to play tough. Going on the all the players which exit our team and then suddenly blossomed I think he was directing that comment at Wests Tigers club management past and present.

Did anyone actually watch JAC's game ??

Ok , he has speed but 95% of the time he got absolutely dominated when he touched the ball

He needs at least another 12 months development and a big pre season in the gym

The one thing we can't keep relying on is potential , we need blokes NOW with experience and hard headed mindsets
