Seyfarth played NSW U19s and always had the talent. Is he staying?
They have 29 players confirmed for 2024 already … who will they move on to re-sign him?
Doubt they go to 30 at this stage,,,

Yeah Matamua is only 20 & first season playing consistently against men in NSW Cup.I tend to believe he will be another Seyfarth in terms of his development. Unfortunately with the extra team we are likely to be cherry picked due to the talent we have. I think Matamua will be a fine player.
It's a watch this space with Jake Simpkin, AJ Kepaoa & Nofa I reckon. They have 29 players confirmed for 2024 already … who will they move on to re-sign him?

Train & Trial contracts will be important next season too for depth. Rumours have us linked to Dean Hawkins & Kane Evans as T&T targets plus Jimmy Ngutlik will return on a Cup contract.
I'm also intrigued what they do with Chris Faagutu next season. I wouldn't be surprised if he's slotted into the top 30 also given he's an Isaac Moses client like Lachlan Galvin (and Moses will be holding us over a barrel threatening to take Faagutu to Manly if we don't given we have signed Samuela Fainu to top 30).
I reckon Jake Simpkin will go with TDS coming through & trade value he has as an up-and-coming hooker with NRL experience. If you have expectations of them moving on several players,.. I’m not so confident … unless they are good prospects like Blore of course …
Its the way our club seems to operate historically

Personally I hope we move Kepaoa on as well as I'm not a fan of his on-field attitude (as well as handling), may have some currency.
Highly doubt we can offload Nofa unless he sees the value in going to SL.

They have to get rid of Simpkin surely. It's a watch this space with Jake Simpkin, AJ Kepaoa & Nofa I reckon.

Jame Simpkin is extremely tough and a good young prospect who we have developed since he was very young.I reckon Jake Simpkin will go with TDS coming through & trade value he has as an up-and-coming hooker with NRL experience.

Maybe Wigan or Catalans???no club will take nofo off our hands
would be a great outcomeMaybe Wigan or Catalans???

I lost count of how many times his dad was on here talking about how much he hates the club and how desperate he is to leave.
You can't have someone like that around.
Jedi TigerWho was his old man on here?
Resigned today - confirmed by club.
Call me crazy but I actually think he's much better as an edge forward. His size and reach could make him a terror with offloads.
Fair enough - have to admit, haven't really taken enough notice of his speed. Maybe that's the issue. Was he a backrower coming through the grades?I much prefer him in the middle. I think he is a little too slow for an edge. I really like him as a lock forward where he can ball play.
