Ipap is already being found out at Penrith. Their team isn’t carrying him like he thought they wouldSeyfarth is not a world beater but give me him over the two highly paid second row starters who were in our team last year. It is a position where we'll need a buy a player or two....but he has a dig.
He’s a good footy player man . People see him get folded on that run out of yardage and just formulate bias’ against him . He’s a huge reason that edge looks rock solid all year .With tail between my legs, I'd officially like to join the Alex seyfarth fan club.
I always thought of him as an error riddled weak defender with poor decision making. But this year he's been rock solid out wide and does all the little things that allow the rest of the team to play well.
He steps in to offer a crisp pass out of dummy half, gets back in the defensive line first after a break, makes the right choice when to pass and when to run in attack, tackles well with good line speed and plays a consistent 80 mins. I love having a solid 80 minute player like that. Bateman's erratic play last year and papalii's ability to only get through 30 minutes before getting puffed out means he's a big upgrade on what we had last year.
Big tribute to seyfarth for getting good. He'd be the sort of player to win players' player were it not for the efforts of May. He won't win any stat wars, but he plays his team role well.
I’m not 💯 (haven’t seen all games)but I think he crabs across field more on the left than on the right so I’d leave him thereTwally , Seyfarth , Bird , TDS , have all gone well and make a huge contribution, team going well TDS coming on a adds spark , I feel TDS will stay long term , Bird is great off the bench with TDS, Alex has improved and will continue to improve , Twall is just a work horse every team needs , defence is good , runs hard and straight ,
I would like to see Galvin back on left with Sam F and have Luai on right , I think this improves our attack , we had plenty time in Newcastle area to get more points but just looked a bit unorganised
Good point. But I also think if they want someone bad enough they’ll forgot about that. They’ve done it before.it cant be the roosters can it i thought they had a no moses policy ???
yeah i dont think so they were not very happy and honestly who would want a player with his horrible attitudeGood point. But I also think if they want someone bad enough they’ll forgot about that. They’ve done it before.
I agree. Problem is I think we have the opportunity to get a real top line signing in a swap. If it’s down to Parra and Manly, the only 2 players on-contract that would really improve us instantly is Ola’kauatu and Lomax. Outside of that I’m not really sold and I don’t think they give up either. I’d rather leave the kid in NSW Cup and wait for a better player.manly or parra are his choices imo theres not many other clubs around that dont have a good 5/8 already
