People expecting Anasta to come in and take most of the kicking off Benji will be disapointed. I bet Braith hardly kicks

Time will tell.

Benji's kicking game hasn't really been bad though and Braith has a good kicking game. Basically I fail to see the issue here.

Anasta has always had a great kicking game; why on earth would it not be be called upon now? Benji on the other hand…

Braith does have a good even great kicking game especially his bombs and long range kicks. I don't think benji's kicking game though is bad at all. He does do some stupid short range drop-outs but apart from that I have no real issues with his kicking game.

Are you serious - NO Problems with benjis kicking game… He should be left out of any attacking kicks once we get into our 30m line! Benji is just as likely to kick it backwards, as he is to put it on the spot! Robbie & the half should control all attacking kicks! I must admit I'm really nervous about Braif at Half! He lacks creativity, and fails to step up on the big stage. Hence has only been picked when the Blues have been desperate for a #6, which usually only lasts 1 game. Who knows, perhaps he'll click with Benji, it's hard to tell at this stage...

As much as I want Miller to step up, I really hope Anasta smashes it out of the park. This strengthens the playmkers area up and also strenthens the back row by being able to bring in Thompson. A win win situation. I do feel for Miller though. If this new combo gels, maybe we need to stick with it? We will also run 4 forwards on the bench too. I like the look of the team except no Korro and Tedessco needs to swap with Moltzen. Just my opinion.

He'll have a much louder voice than Miller. Farah and Marshall will give him the respect he commands

Farah and Marshall should give miller respect, he,s their halfback. Give him respect and it will give him confidence. And when I heard anasta was to play halfback, I thought we,re stuck on april fools day and I am having a bad dream. :crazy

The bottom line,Potter or anyone else at the Weststigers is not going to drop Anasta or Marshall so for the balance of the team they had no other choice.

We will be a better outfit for it, but only because the forwards will be stronger, so the six and seven will have a better platform to work from.

Long term it sets the club backwards, but like politicians you only ever make a call that will help you tomorrow, sponsors and punters are not interested in 2014.

I think Benji's kicking game is pretty good actually. He puts in some great kicks. He does make some mistakes but overall I think it is pretty good.

As for Braith - I think he is more suited to the halves than backrow and it is worth a shot.

Interesting fact in todays paper. Last time he played half back, Roosters got done 56 Nil and coach resigned.

How many weeks does Anasta get, another 4? Then when he does nothing we are 9 weeks into the comp and back to square one in the halfback department. We could've just had Milky getting more time and confidence in first grade. Hope he kills it in state cup and Braith is found out. Yeah it makes our forwards stronger not having him there, but for Miller to be the one that suffers sucks.
