Anasta/Moltzen

All is very quite on the western front.Read a quote that Potter was very keen to give Austen a big shot at the no6 gig.So where will that leave Anata?….Moltzen was given the okay to look for a new club,but that seems to have come to a dead end.Is Anasta also being shopped around or being encouraged to hang up the boots.

I just get the feeling both will be in our top 25 next year and Iam not sure that is a good thing as we are trying start a fresh and head in a new direction.Yes they offer experience and depth but can't see either of them playing state cup,so two other players will be held back.

I suppose most anouncements will be held back to after the GF,but things are very quitebat HQ

Any links for the Austin quote? Not doubting you, just interested to read it because I think he is our genuine first choice 6\. Unfortunately I think Anasta will hang around next year and chew up an interchange spot, but I'd like to think Moltz will find a deal in ESL or Rugby somewhere. I can't doubt many of Potter's other choices, so I'd like to back him on this one.

Cant remember the actual article but it was on this forum somewhere, would have thought a team like Parra would jump at Moltzen

Another Humphrey/Sheens monumental blunder in giving Anasta a contract which will extend into 2014 The saying is "reep what you sow" but Humphreys and Sheens will be nowhere to be seen in 2014\. Humphreys especially was the master in making Wests Tigers carry top weight throughout the last couple of seasons.
