Andrew is on standby fopr Gallaway this Sunday…..I was hoping to read this morning in SMH that, on Standby for Fitzy.....yeah yeah I say what most on here are thinking!

My guess in both Fifita and Moors case, something has happened behind the scenes that is holding them back. You would have thought both would have been ideal to let loose at Manly's big pack.

Or maybe Sheens just thinks experience and discipline wins you the big games and thats why he has Skando running around again. My way of thinking we have to get back to what we do best and thats attack and both Fifta and Moors will add plenty in that area

So our bench consists of an old donut runner, a inexperienced impact back rower who needs more involvement, a utility forward that needs some extra size and a plodder who "won't let anyone down" but will also provide zero impact.

How delightful

It seems the bench simply becomes increasingly impotent & unfathonable each week…
Hate to say it,but think it will take a loss or two to restore some commonsense & a little less arrogance...if that has to happen, now is the time rather than the semis

Civonoceva 193cm 110kgs

Galloway 195cm 107kgs

That looks pretty similar to me, seems to support what the naked eye suggests

it simplistic. To be blunt. Petro is Fijian. He is a totally different build to Galloway. Being Fijian he is all bone & gristle. It is unfair and ridiculous comparing Keith to Petro.

It is also a simpistic view of the job a Prop does. Lui & Lockyer are probably similar size & weight so why isnt Lui playing for Australia? Skill levels. Props arent just slabs of meat.

'Being Fijian he is all bone and gristle'. Any possibility you could explain that in anthropological terms? He is a 'totally' different build to Galloway'. That's interesting given they are just about the same height and weight. Perhaps there is a greater concentration of 'bone and gristle' in a particular area that I'm missing? Is someone being naughty with Photoshop? Is there a Polynesian muscle distribution advantage that's a well kept secret?

Props have two very basic job descriptions, one of which is to gain ground beyond the advantage line, so on the contrary, it's absolutely fair to compare the skills of Civonoceva and Galloway. How on earth you can somehow relate that to the skill sets of two play makers is something only you can explain.

Gibbs dropped to the bench? Been our best prop all year, and pretty close to our best forward along with Heighno and Ellis.

Gibbs is a good defender and has a high work rate, but I really believe a Fifita or Moors will give us more 'go foward' than Gibbs, or Galloway for that matter. I can't get my head around why Sheens has started to rotate them, when working in tandem our pack actually looked like a proper pack and we were winning games. If we get a proper pack we may not have to go through the final 10-15 minutes with shit rolling down the pants of the fans

Im done. Talk about tough task masters. Galloway was one of the best 3 props in the game last year. He comes back slow from injury and the clowns already turn on him. These are the same people saying Moltz was the best halfback since Joey Johns

Hahaha get over yourself….the bloke is underachieving....by the way your the clown who reckoned Moltzen shouldnt have been playing halfback..that is far worse.

Please quote me on that Stryker?

I will think you see that I said I wanted Moltz at 7 but I wasnt certain he was the answer and that he certainly hadnt played as well as some had been suggesting. I stand by those comments.

I also stand by the view that some of you have turned way too quickly on big Keith. Give him a few games and he will be back to his best.

Mate I havent just turned on keith, if you went back through my history you'd see that I have never really been a fan…more just tolerating him until some of our younger blokes matured. I think he's output, even when fully fit is too low. At the moment it's embarrassing.

On Moltzen, he may not have been in superstar form, but at the time we were debateing him he was being made play fullback to accomodate Lui. Once he was put into the halves our attack just clicked. It has been a disorganised, stunted rabble, barring a couple of halves of footy, ever since his injury.

I Haven't turned on Keith….one bit...

Some people have short memories...Like Keith playing with a busted foot for about half a season in an attempt to get us to the Finals....He was also great early in the season against Manly and Parra....played with a busted hand a couple of weeks before requiring surgery...

To call him soft is pathetic....

He is one of the first picked in my team every week.....

P.S...Moltzen will be in the 7 next year....It's almost concrete....

4 years, 1 good period of about 10 games. How many chances do you want to give the bloke? No aggression, no 'go foward' mentality, he's typifies the type of fowards we use at WT's. And we wonder why we always lose the foward battle.

The Tigers don't always lose the forward battle. You're just being niave.

How? I seriously can't remember the last time our pack dominated. We NEED big, aggressive, 'don't argue' props who get the job done and perform consistently week after week. It seems Galloway's knee injury is too overwhelming, he shouldn't be playing NRL. It's painful watching him when we've got better cattle to chose from. Fifita and Moors both haven't had any major injuries and possess the confidence that Galloway doesn't have. And they understand that their job is simple, get the ball, charge at the defensive and keep doing that all game. I can't get my head around why these two are deemed 'not good enough' to step up and play first grade? Yet we keep using plonkers like Galloway who trundles around every week trying his best not to get his hands on the ball. Admit it, our strength isn't in our pack. Until we start playing guys like Dwyer, Fifita, Moors, we will continue to be dominated and the fans will continue to see their team have to pluck a win out of their arse.

fifita is good for one charge a game, the rest he slows down our momentium tryin to throw blokes off him then gets driving back and put on his arse, and dont for get his open arm tackles and atleast 2 errors a game….
moors is a slow backrower who is to talanted to be playin park footy, doesnt have the balls to hit it up the middle.... runs the same lines as heigno and ellis... and isnt by any means a nrl frontrower... he can thank idris wrong footing himself when he went in to wack him.... otherwise u all would be off him too...

p.s How do u know if we keep playin these 2 it wont open clauses in the contracts that will put us over the cap for this yr or next.

no he wasnt

Ron, haven't we already established that you yourself were :deadhorse: just a schoolboy player, you played for Conabolas High but on a Saturday you were the waterboy for the Bloomfield Tigers and this makes you an expert on Props.
