Tonight was the first time i saw him.
It looks as though he has what it takes
Why can't he be coach???

I sat next to him this year at a Tigers game for about 10mins. Super nice guy. Excellent eye for the game and very intense.

I left that day thinking that one day he will be first grade coach. Prob not yet, but he will make it I believe.

Would definitely consider him for an assistant role…he has worked with our young brigade since SG ball...
 
He's got the makings of being first Grade coach still haves A lot to learn he has his head screwed on

Why does it look like he's got what it takes? How on earth can you tell?

He may end up a super coach but he is years off this. Andrew is very young and should be coaching lower grades while assisting NRL for at least 3 to 5 years.

Gee he was a good 5/8 as a kid. Signed with Parra and they moved him to the back row which was a joke. Think he had injury issues too.

If Balmain showed a little more faith in their juniors we could have had a Webster brothers halves combo for years in the late 90's

Well the side he coached was full of the best schoolboy side and best junior rep side players in their age group two years running and they got barrelled out in week two of the finals in hopeless fashion. Doesn't bode well imo.

What are you talking about ?

His a great coach who the players respect. Has more football smarts then Potter could ever even dream to have.

Lol don't be disingenuous. It may be the case but the results don't look promising based on the 20s performance this year.

I just don't think we ever have the best schoolboy side and best junior rep side players. These players are picked up early by the big clubs.
We are just lucky we have players like Moses Brooks and Tedesco who are locals.
