The quality of refereeing is just garbage and getting worse. Forget missed or wrong calls when the game is at full speed, but when they can't even get it right after replays (like Semi knocking on twice the other night), it is time for a wholesale cleanout.
The bunker must be the most embarressing waste of money the NRL has ever conjured up.

I reckon the cleanout could be as simple as moving on one person - Archer. He was an arrogant referee and he is an arrogant refs boss

If I could grab one guy to play for the Tigers it would be him. Exactly who we need. The kind of guy you'd hate to play against but love to have on your side.

Even slapping will get you 10 minutes in the bin…

Touching a referee will get you a week off...

But whacking someone with your elbow is fine???

JWH is a pretty good footballer but he's also an idiot, bordering on being a liability at times.

In that video above of Barba having a slanging match with Willie Mason at the 20 second mark how low of no. 4 for Bulldogs pulling the leg back of No 2 for Knights McManus, the guy can hardly get up afterwards. They should be sent off for deliberate dangerous play when completely unnecessary to stop the opponent who is already on the round on his guts.

No ..he doesn't have to pay a cent..he wasn't fined… he was charged with Grade 1 dangerous contact..Free to play with early guilty plea ..1 week out if he contests the charge and loses...
