Whoever filmed the act very probably knew who the male participant was. There's a small likelihood that it was a random stranger who just happened to see two people (one a lady) enter a cubicle together, bit more than likely they knew him. More than likely it was a mate, who was having a good night out with the male football player, ralised what was about to happen, and then thought it was a good idea to capture the moment. How else would the stranger know the person was a football player, and publicise the footage?
Hence why the lady in question is protesting the footage being publicised, and it's not the lady and the player both coming forward saying the footage shouldn't be publicised. I bet the player will be saying that now though.
I feel for the lady, though assumedly she consented to the act, just not the filming. It should be a matter for the two people that did the act vs the filmer assuming both really did not know it was being filmed.
