Perhaps the one taking the film needs to be dragged in over sharing the video without peoples consent, but no one says much about that. Its all about the bloke and the girl and how they are not classy for doing it in the toilet. Really? That part is totally irelevant.

By God at that age you seized the moment, parks, trains, toilets,buses etc, some on here must have had sheltered lives! Filming is a no no, and should be punished, but sex should be fun and exciting and is normal no matter where it occurs.

Yeah if I was using the trough and a chick walked in I would feel uncomfortable. We just have like normal toilets at work though so you don't get the shared experience of the typical male urinal.

More than likely it was a mate, who was having a good night out with the male football player, ralised what was about to happen, and then thought it was a good idea to capture the moment. How else would the stranger know the person was a football player, and publicise the footage?

Hence why the lady in question is protesting the footage being publicised, and it's not the lady and the player both coming forward saying the footage shouldn't be publicised. I bet the player will be saying that now though.

I feel for the lady, though assumedly she consented to the act, just not the filming. It should be a matter for the two people that did the act vs the filmer assuming both really did not know it was being filmed.
