I have no doubt there has to be some Cap space for next year.
Can anyone correct me if I'm wrong?
Since we have lost a few players through retirement and change of Clubs is it possible and this is just an example? Let's say for arguments sake Sirronen signed a Contract with us for 3 years at $200,000 per year from 2015, could we say to Sirro if he agreed? for 2015 will give you $400,000 then 2016 and 2017 $100,000 each year, still equals the $600,000 in total. It allows us to have more money for the 2016 season and 2017\. Maybe JT has $300,000 to play with for 2015 but doesn't see any player in the Market worth spending that on? But if that practice could be used with the Sirro example I used and any other player that agreed to it? we could benefit with our Cap Space for 2016.
So my question is? Are we allowed to tweak a player's Contract if he agreed and we stay under our maximum Cap space for the year ?
