Arana taumata

Im hoping:

1\. Taumata
6\. Benji
7\. Moltzen

What I reckon we'll get is:

1\. Moltzen
6\. Taumata
7\. Benji

14\. Taumata…....we all know Sheens obsession with a back on the bench in the early rounds....

Well...... with Taumata he may be a weapon rather than cover should a back go down.....

I would start Ayshford as a winger next year. He provides excellent penetration on kick returns, is good under the high ball and is no slower than Ryan currently without any form of speed training and conditioning.

Both Ayshford and Taumata have very good football brains and would be best served to interpret our playmakers.

I view Ayshford as our long term centre but would like him to be brought through on the wing.

The more size and skill we have in our backline the better

That sounds good. I guess it remains to be seen whether Taumata can handle every aspect of being a centre, defence especially; but I guess there are no real reasons to suspect he can not.

Better than a winger/fullback. At least Taumata could slot in at lock as well.

Right Centre

I hope not, i hate small centres.

The trials and the early part of the season is going to be a bit of a juggling act trying to figure out the best combo's. One thing is for sure, Benji will wear 6 but run the show, so whoever wear the 7 will need to be a good 6\. Arana, Moltzen and Lui all suit this role.

He is not as small as you think, and he is a talent,if his head is right he could be the buy of the year.

He is about the same size as Collis but alot stronger and a ferocious ball runner

I have seen a fair bit of him Simon. I really rate his as a ball runner. He is not battering ram but uses his speed and mid body size to get around and dominate opponenets.

It hasn't been that prevalent in Qld Cup because of the roll he is being asked to play there.

I would tip he will start the year with a feeder State Cup side though
