1) No certainties they will be around the NRL in a few years…even if they are most likely will be in Perth...
2) Going to such a weak club will do nothing to enhance your playing prospects and skills...Brilliant players like Marshall and Farah make everyone look good!..Look at G.I...he is a shadow of himself at Souffs!
I agree.
Cronulla is a grave yard, Tupou & Gallen are decent but as a team - terrible.
I don't see why ANY player would want to go there, unless it was the very last option available, like no other club will look at them so they get what they're given so to speak.
Some one like Andrew Fifita, a rising star, an up & comer…. CHOOSING to go there when he's still welcome and as it looks, in the Tigers future plans - would be a bad career move.
Fair enough, the price is right.... but there is more important things.
If he goes to the sharks, he will never win a premiership there!
I'll be very disappointed if he goes to the stupid sharks, worst team ever.

I rate Groat a better prospect that Fifita who seems to be maturing as a prop at a faster rate but who else the club brings in also plays a major part in whether a successful outcome is in the offing for this move.
Losing Gibbs and Payten in the same year would be a huge blow but considering how busted Bryce is playing (injuries) I could never begrudge him earning as much as possible elsewhere.
Hard to judge anything until we know who is coming in etc though
Groat and Begovich, not to mention Roqica - there is plenty of talent there looking for opportunities.
x 2
I was hoping to see WOODS & FIFITA start one day with GROAT & BEGOVICH on the bench.
