I'm numb to it now. The last 10 years have broken my spirit in terms of getting upset at poor performance. It's par for the course now.

I will keep watching and supporting in the hope we are competitive again soon, because any future glory will be so much sweeter after such lean years.

Your a lot stronger than that CB,I know you have faith and support for the club and team,but like many we keep getting disappointment dished up to us ,not good results...I have a feeling with the youth and some others in the squad we can be much better in 2022...I said earlier in another thread...
"to taste the sweet we must face the pain"

All this talk about the board not being accountable.
But when Cooper Cronk was pressed about the visual differences between Melbourne and the Tigers and how to recreate Melbourne at the tigers he said it starts from the top down.
But instead of mentioning a bunch of corporate nobodies on the Melbourne board or even the CEO, he named 2 influential people.
Craig Bellamy
Frank Ponesi.

What I’m getting at is that although you need to get your front office in order to be a competitive club, in the eyes of one of the most successful players for that club. The top to him is those two mentioned above.
In our case;
Michael Maguire
Adam Hartigan
