I don't like it labelled as "The boss". Culturally not great to put yourself above others. Should be "Ask Justin".

But he is the boss and you would be thinking its pretty good to be able to ask "the Boss" questions.
They just seem to be trying to help ppl with what the club is doing, great idea & I don't really care what its called.

I'm more so eluding to a wider cultural tweak.

I help run a company and it's something we focus on. We're one team, not a hierarchy. I'm actually not talking about the members, I mean internally. Do you think Rusty would call himself the boss? Sure he's not the CEO, but he's the owner.

Constantly there is whinging and whining about the club not talking to us. The CEO starts a concept of regular discussion and people [This word has been automatically removed] about his hair and the title.

They have listened and tried implementing a few things..legends pin..Q & A..and it's just mocked..

It was mentioned they will only answer the easy questions..

People can use this thread if they wish to post their questions as another source ..it will be passed on..
