Tigers fans here would boo Santa.

Constantly there is whinging and whining about the club not talking to us. The CEO starts a concept of regular discussion and people [censored] about his hair and the title.

They have listened and tried implementing a few things..legends pin..Q & A..and it's just mocked..

It was mentioned they will only answer the easy questions..

People can use this thread if they wish to post their questions as another source ..it will be passed on..

Since recruitment and retention are such issues of contention amongst fans, it would be nice to have an understanding of the process within the club and the roles that Pascoe, Madge, Hartigan etc all play in the process and how decisions are made.

If you google Adam Hartigan, look for a ESPN article (I think), and he explains it quite well.

Basically Madge gets a voice in the process, but not the final decision, it seems to me it is to cover for when a coach leaves and destroys our cap, this plan is a WT plan not he solely the coaches.

Not sure I'd bother asking about a 10 year plan. They don't matter. Unless our last 10 year plan includes sucking for the last 9 years...in which case I think I found the problem!

That's about 4 times I've asked that question in these type of q and a forums @geo.

I actually think this is a brilliant initiative.
Personally, I believe the club have an opportunity to be market leaders within the NRL in terms of generating content on their digital platforms to reach the fans/members.
This video looks well edited and produced and was a good introduction for this initiative.
I hope to see it as a regular feature and hope they get enough support for it to feel encouraged to develop and produce further in house content.

I applaud the initiative, even though its been done a few times over the last 5 years in different formats.

As some would know, I have never been a Pascoe fan but I try to stay positive and hope he proves me wrong.

Big question: What is the club's strategy to change its perception with players and agents?

Currently, the club does not appear to be perceived well in the playing community. I suspect Pascoe will point to the COE but I am far from convinced that will be the quick fix. The club seems to have a problem. How will it be addressed?

WT fans make me laugh. The entire fabric of this club actually makes me laugh. By all accounts we should have folded by now, yet here we are. Our fans are some of the most tragic people you will meet.

It's our strategy. This year we take out the GF. Goes without saying really.
