Just a genuine question to those that haven't liked these episodes, do other clubs do this? Are they putting out weekly episodes from the CEO or other high profile people at the club?

I genuinely don't know the answers but think what the club has done with this is a step in the right direction and is an attempt to engage with the fanbase.

I agree that this one wasn't as interesting as the previous 2, especially the one with Hartigan as it will good to hear about our processes for recruitment and retention, but I think it was done to try and convey how important the club values memberships. Having a member as a guest is to me an effort to show that memberships are valued as much as other parts of the club. If I was trying to build membership in a club I would be trying to embed it in all aspects of the club and have it as visible as possible, I think this was an effort to do that.

Jokes aside, I’ve watched all 3 so they are clearly worthwhile. The more content the club puts out the better. It can’t all be fluff though.

Think some of us long suffering fans would just like to see a bit more of a recognition of some of the errors of the past, and what is being done to correct them.

All well and good for Hartigan to tell us about analytics and player rating systems and targeting needs but what are we doing about the fact that we can’t land a big fish? Or our mental lapses in important moments of games. Or our defensive frailties on our edges (it’s not all Benji)
