First offence, if mid or high range should incur heavily licensing penalities (i.e, loss of license for 24-36 months.) In a sense its a loss of freedom so it's probably just as effective as a penalty to gaol time. If you haven't learned from that, you should serve a six month sentence minimum.

I'm speaking as a person who has a permanently (and severely,) disabled family member who was knocked down crossing a road by a drunk driver.

There is no answer to "why" itself. And the answer may not necessarily change anything, but depending on how important the question is it can change the course of your life. What would have happened if all the great thinkers and scientists of all time hadn't asked why? We'd still be stuck in the dark ages.

Organic milk lasts longer because it has been treated at an ultra high temperature (UHT) to preserve it for a longer period of time as opposed to normal milk. Maybe because organic farms are further away than normal ones… lol.
It was a good question as i'm a milkman on the weekends.

It's hard to see when you've got your head buried in the trough Fraze :smiley:. That said, everyone has a differing ideas as to what may or may not be a flaw in a policy. The NBN policy and the CPRS are perfect examples.

This morning NSW state labour announced plans to discuss a harbour Rail Crossing tunnel from Wynyard to St Leonards, when the commentator advised KKenelly that BOB Carr announced these same thing 12 years back…
