How many times have you broken a bone/s in your body?

Three times, the first was a fractured humurous (not funny at all) bone when I was 15, I was a 70kg winger with speed to burn who ran into a front rower who proceeded to drive me backwards and the had help from another couple of forwards. as I put my arm out to brace for the impact with the ground, all three players weight shifted onto my shoulder as I hit the ground, snapped the humourous clean and it nearly came out of the skin…9 hours before I was operated on, definitely the most painful day of my life.

Second was a broken jaw when i was 16, although it wasn't a serious break, got assaulted playing Rugby Union at Airds High School in Sydney's south west.

The third was my own fault, fracturing my eye socket as i tried for one too many reps doing incline dumbbell presses, my shoulder gave way and a 60 pound dumbbell hit me flush below the eye. That stung 😢

As a general answer, because there are proponents of the Intelligent Design theory in which it's possible to believe both.

As a person who is not religious, I have my reasons why I'm not religious, and I would never buy into something simply because it's "easier" to believe, have faith in or understand.

No. State sponsored barbarism is still barbarism regardless. That and given the long history of failures in the justice system and corruption in law enforcement it is just too risky a proposition in terms of possible compensation.

There should be harsher imprisonment terms for the convicted offenders yes but never physical mutilation.

I would say yes, particularly to the former category, the latter is sometimes blurred.
But then that very rare case where someones accused and found guilty only to be proven innocent years later always pops into my mind on these occasions.

@ Smeg, low range no, its too easy to accidentally be over. Mid range possibly, would rather a stiff penalty. High range yes….you know your over, you've done it on purpose and your dangerous.
