Atleast the Future is bright..

I was at the game tonight and out of all the people to be making errors and stupid plays it was our older guys…(Anasta,Lawrence and Blair) seriously they should be leading by example and showing the youngsters how it's done.

I was sitting right next the the Rabbits try line in the first half and they just kept going to Richards and Lawrence, Richards fumbled a certain try and Lawrence ruined 2 sets by not looking at the ball when catching it Simona and Nofo had no quality ball ALL game and when they actually got the ball Souths line was set and they just pushed them near the side line and on 2 occasions actually did take them out..

And then Blair giving away 4 penalties and 2 of them led to tries also some of those tackles were just arm grabbing 2 of the Bunnies tries were the softest I have ever seen such massive gaps in the defensive line! I cannot wait for Moses to come into the side so our right side can finally have some quality ball.....

The Richards bombed try was already called a knock on in the pass that got the ball to him. His off the hook for that one.

Each season wests-tigers play at least 3- 4 games which are to be honest " crap". Last night was one of them. :unamused:
One of the most dis-appointing things is we all know the team can perform very well, and we expect this each time they take the field.

Expectation sometimes results in dis-appointment, and last night was that.

There are 11 games left to play.
To be any chance of finishing in top 8, wests-tigers need to win 6 of the 11.

**If the finals are not reached, it's not all doom and gloom, as the team has already greatly improved from season 2013, and will continue to get better.**

With Brooks developing and Anasta a stop gap 6 (about the most positive term I can muster), the importance of Farah to our team and structure is huge.

Not only does he organise our play, he provides another kicking option (read finds space vs charge downs), tightens the ruck (compare Farah's tackling to Austin's arm grabbing) and allows Potter to have 4 forwards on the bench.

You mean it was called forward right?

nuh, the pass was knocked on off Sirro's(?) arm before it got to Richards

on the sideon view you can see someone pass it and then it hits someone's arm on the way to richards (knock on). I think brooks threw it and lawrence knocked it on but i could be wrong.

I think THIS year is bright. We were going great, beating all the comp favourites until another injury crisis stopped us in our tracks.

We just have to get through this rep period without Farah and Woods then hopefully a settled side can get back to charging into the semis.
