He finished '10 in fantastic form and has carried it into this season. He simply gets better with every game.

He makes so much ground, almost effortlessly, with nearly every carry and his defense is rock solid.

His first half efforts on Ingliss were outstanding. It was a real ding dong battle and he didnt back down one inch.

He has rep player written all over him.

What a great job Blake did on GI tonight. This bloke has a tremendous career ahead of him and I hope he joins Chris Lawrence as a Tiger for life. Anyone know how long we have him on contract? Humphreys should start negotiating an extension 1st thing Monday morning. Future rep player without doubt

Well last week Idris made him his B!#$% and this week our boys shut him down.
The guy isn't as much of a threat as people think he is, imo.

Ayshford had a strong game overall and got the better of Inglis. In the end all Inglis could do was try and strip the ball from players and drop the shoulder. He had nothing in attack while Ayshford looked to cause him problems at times.

Not until Origin time. Then he will put in 3 or 4 good performances (probably against NSW :frowning: ) and the media will be singing his praises as the best player in the world.

Dont know about that Demps. That score would have been a lot more if not for GI. He pulled off two cracking hits, stole the ball a few times, drove players over the sideline….he wasnt that bad.

Which goes to show how well Ayshford played....again. That was a great battle which Blake won handsomely.

GI, went okay my guess he may have broken a rib, he seemed to be really struggling late in the second half. Aysford was really strong without being outstanding. Tonight was a 1 thru 17 effort

Ayshford was enourmous shut down both Sutton and Inglis….fantastic meters once again

Ayshford is a quality player but Gi is overrated. Gi wins games but he is inconsistent.
