With Talau out for next year, is there an agreement with the Panthers that we can have Momo back...it will be interesting to see what happens next year and who will step up.

As you can tell not too fussed about BJ, but hope he finds a contract in England as he will probably kill it.

My guess is Gildart will actually have to start rather than earning his spot. Who knows, he may be good. Although, I have no knowledge of how he plays, cause I don't watch SL. Gildart/Kepaoa centres, Nofo/Maumalo wings, I guess.

Gildart was pretty decent in previous seasons though has battled injury most of this season. At his best he's quick and has a decent offload/flick pass. At his worst he's a defensive liability that breaks down too often.

He has played tests for England though I guess that's nothing to get too excited about as Sam Tomkins and Ryan Hall are SL guns that fell completely flat out here. Even Jordan Rankin was quality in UK and we all know how great he was for the Tigers.

English super league could be good for him

The lesser Fafita dominates over there and looks like he swallowed a sheep. It’s made for BJ.

What fast food chains have they got over there though!

Nandos, he's set.

Farewell Joseph Ikenasio Poiva Leilua Kelemete.

BJ at his best was pure destruction. Don't ever forget the last-round match Tigers had to win at LO to qualify, and Leilua and Rapana had an absolute field day.

Debuted at 19, yoyo-ed between being a liability and a wrecking ball. But he didn't play for 4 different clubs for no reason - nobody could get the best out of him for the duration of a contract. Only ever saw out 1 contract - his first 2.5 years at Raiders.

I reckon the word "enigma" applies to BJ as much as any footballer to have graced the NRL.

he reminds me so much of Owen Craigie, although I don't remember Craigie putting shots on opposition players melons as much as BJ. The slower SL pace will suit him.

I am not liking what I am hearing about Gildart's injuries at the moment. Hopefully he has not lost his pace??

Hilarious Bagman!! I hate to think what David and Andrew Fifita will look like in 10 years post playing days. Mark Riddell, David Gillespie, Chris Close (prior to his diet) come to mind.

Doesn't seem to have lost pace though maybe lost a little confidence. He seems a little tentative in the matches I've seen this season though he's been out a fair bit too. He's not the biggest build wise for a centre, only about 87kg and 6ft so it'll be interesting to see how he handles it out here.

I’ve been saying for years that Andrew will put on 50kgs after he retires. He just has that body shape you can tell will expand rapidly once his playing days are over.

What became of Latrell Mitchells brother? He was playing at 150kg when he joined Souths?

JTJ......

He would have to substantially improve. He was horrible this year. I wish we dumped him.

I have to disagree there

Imho he didnt get nowhere near enough good ball

His peak is so far behind him that it wouldn't matter if he was getting balls off Reynolds and Walker. Oh wait...

I have to see this as a positive. Wests would generally give a bloke like that a 4 year contract.
