Balmain or Wests Tigers?

I wrote Raudonikus, Dorhay and Langmack (trying to find some that are still alive).

But what about:

Arthur Summons (half of the premiership trophy)
Kel O'Shea
Keith Holman
Harry Wells
Noel Kelly
Peter Diamond
Terry Lamb
Graeme O'Grady
Gavin Miller
Ron Giteau

Wake up Toolie and smell the roses - each one a great player and I'm from the Balmain side.

Since we are talking legends and great players,I would like name two players from the Balmain side who weren't absolute legends compared to others, but they were great for the Tigers at the time…

Scotty Gale who has now passed away,Mick Neil, both great halfbacks that could really play the game well..

Has there ever been a front rower who has kicked more than him. Records have him kicking 4!

Elias, Roach, Siro and Jack are glory hounds who can't avoid the spotlight. In 05 they were in the dressing room after the gf making it all about themselves and how it made up for 89\. Wayne Pearce carries himself well, the rest of the Balmain legends are vile, attention seeking vermin.

They might be vermin but they are a lot better than the 3 that are currently running around for our club.

Loved Mick Neil and Scotty Gale! Incidentally they both played for the Magpies before joining Balmain also. True joint venturers

Love it, Dallas kicking a field goal. I think he kicked 3 in his career.

A bit cheeky but Jack Gibson also played 19 games for Western Suburbs at the end of his career.

Never gets a mention but one Balmain player I really rated was Steve Lavers.
What about Lesly Boyd and of course Mr Ribot of Super League fame.
Masters put him on the wing and he played for Australia otherwise maybe we never would have heard of him.

Sadly didn't remember the club where he made a name for himself by giving the maggies an invite into thenew competition.

I like hearing from the old players. They have earned it by their deeds on the field.

Wests and Balmain are our history. Afaic they can say what they want. They know footy and have a vested interest in the wests tigers.
